There is no question that at Tenerife Long Lets our core business is in long term property rental and property management. However, we are occasionally asked to market Tenerife property for sale.
Often these properties are available for sale or rent, which gives the tenant a great opportunity to live in the apartment or townhouse, and get a real feel for the property and area before committing to buying it. Some of them are investment properties with proven track records for holiday lettings. Of course, we would be delighted if a new property owners decided to place the property back on our books for long term rental and management.!
