Hi, we are seriosuly considering buying a property with a view to renting out. We have been visiting Tenerife twice a year for the last 9 years and have stayed in both the Tenerife and Cristian Sur. Could you please let me know what your fees would be for managing a 1 bedroom apartment in either of these complexes ?
Furthermore could you also advise what additional fees would be levied by the complex ie. pool maintenace, insurance costs and utilities etc….Could you also advise typical annual occupancy expressed as an indicitive percentage ?
